Benjamin Tolbert is the Founder and Principal Consultant of P3 Consulting Group.With more than 20 years of experience across manufacturing operations, ERP transformation, process improvement, and global program delivery, Benjamin has helped organizations improve workflows, align technology with business operations, and execute complex initiatives more effectively.His professional background includes leadership experience within a Japanese manufacturing environment where continuous improvement, operational discipline, and root cause thinking were foundational principles. He later expanded into global ERP transformation and operational readiness leadership across geographically distributed teams supporting North America, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions.Benjamin’s approach combines operational understanding with practical technology insight, helping businesses simplify processes, improve efficiency, and identify realistic opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI.He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Benjamin also holds a Georgia Real Estate License.
